Server Administration Service

ThunderIT offers three levels of it's server management service. Level 1 includes only basic technical support and a limited number of support tickets. Level 2 is perfect for people who require support on a continuing basis but do not need our highest level service. Level 3 is full 'hands off' server management, you never have to 'touch' the server console, we take care of all of your needs for you.

  • Discount work rate of $37/hour
Level 2
  • Level 2 [$100/mo]
  • 10 quick support issues that do not involve logging into the server
  • 5 free software support tickets per month, max 30 minutes
  • 3 Hours of Administration
  • Discount work rate of $35/hour
Level 3
  • Level 3 [$200/mo]
  • Unlimited quick support issues that do not involve logging into the server
  • 10 software support tickets per month, max 30 minutes
  • Service Configuration and Tuning
  • Full 'Hands Off' Management of your server to your specifications
  • 6 Hours of Administration
  • Discount work rate of $35/hour

Proactive Server Management

  • Proactive Management [$300/mo]
  • Unlimited quick support issues that do not involve logging into the server
  • Unlimited software support tickets per month
  • Service Configuration and Tuning
  • Full 'Hands Off' Management of your server to your specifications
  • We monitor your server and take actions before things go wrong.
  • You don't have to initiate the service call, we start working as soon as the problem is detected
  • 10 Hours of Administration
  • Discount work rate of $35/hour
Other
  • Quick Support Ticket: $5
  • Software Support Ticket [15 minutes]: $15
  • Software Support Ticket [30 minutes]: $20
  • Hourly Administration Rate: $40/hr
